Our story.
Inglewood is a family affair. Two brothers, Maiko and Bastien Nicolet, driven by the dream of creating a place in their own image. A burger restaurant on a human scale, where the food is good, local and unpretentious.

In 2011, they decided to go their own way. Maiko, a pro snowboarder, and Bastien, a carpenter, opened their first restaurant in Plainpalais. They want to do everything themselves, surrounded by family and friends. The kitchen is theirs. The furniture is Bastien's...for an authentic, raw and sincere result.
A strong, assertive identity
Inglewood is the antithesis of fast food. No compromises, no big groups, no overrated speeches. From the outset, the idea has been clear: to offer local, homemade food in a friendly
atmosphere that makes you feel good.
But Inglewood is also a team. Since our beginnings, the project has grown. We now have seven restaurants and over a hundred employees who share this wonderful adventure with us.
We are proud of each and every person who contributes to writing this story with us.

Always true to our values
Since day one, our convictions have remained the same. The project continues to evolve, but the essentials remain the same. We're moving forward with the same energy and the same vision.
