Our story.
Inglewood is a family business created by Maiko and Bastien Nicolet, two brothers who were driven by the dream of creating a place of their own. A burger restaurant, where the food is locally sauced, generous and unpretentious. Simple food done well!

Maiko, a former pro snowboarder and Bastien a carpenter, opened their first Inglewood in 2011 in Plainpalais. Driven by a shared passion for great food and authentic flavours, they founded their burger business with a simple goal: to create something truly unique. Focused on using only real local, high-quality ingredients, they crafted each burger, bringing a fresh & honest approach to every bite. Rooted in family values and a love for honest, delicious food, their business is all about keeping it real in their own way, serving up mouthwatering burgers made with integrity and a lot of heart.
Our Identity is Unique
Inglewood is the antithesis of fast food. No compromises, no big groups, no overrated speeches. From the outset, the idea has been clear: to offer local, homemade food in a friendly
atmosphere that makes you feel good.
From the furniture carefully crafted by Bastien himself to the designs and layout of each restaurant, every part of the business is a unique representation of the brothers, honest, real and unique style.

Always true to our values
Since day one our values have remained the same, committed to authenticity, quality, and community, while constantly seeking new ways to evolve. With over 100 employees and 7 restaurants we continue to stay true to our roots. Each employee is an extension of who we are. Every decision is made with the same desire to remain authentic and uncomplicated. It’s not just about serving great burgers; it's about fostering a sense of belonging, both for our team and our customers.
Our business continues to reflect the same heart & soul that inspired it’s creation from day one, creating something great one burger at a time!
