1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all commercial transactions concluded on the Inglewood.ch website, operated by ENKO Holding SA, domiciled in Switzerland. By placing an order on this site, the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer") acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.

2. Products

The Inglewood website offers products for sale that comply with current Swiss legislation. Product descriptions and images are provided for information only and are not contractually binding. The Seller reserves the right to modify its product offering at any time.

3. Prices and payment

The prices indicated on the site are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Payment is made online using Stripe's secure payment system, which allows the use of various payment methods. The Vendor reserves the right to revise prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time of ordering.

4. Control

The Buyer places his order by following the steps of the online purchase process on the site. Once the order has been validated, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the Purchaser. The sale is considered to have been concluded as soon as this e-mail has been sent.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given for information only and may vary according to destination and circumstances. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for any delays.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss law, the Buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the products. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Gift voucher

The Inglewood site also offers the sale of gift vouchers via the Yith Gift Card plugin. Gift vouchers are subject to the same terms and conditions of sale as physical products, with the difference that the vouchers are sent to the e-mail address you enter when ordering.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have sole jurisdiction.

By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, the Buyer acknowledges having been fully informed and agrees to comply with all the provisions set out above.
